Gentle Guidelines to honor your time, your skin, and the sanctuary we share

  • Each visit is a little ritual of it’s own. All appointments are booked online or through direct message. Once your time is reserved you will receive a gentle confirmation. Please arrive a few minutes early to breathe, settle, and ease into the experience.

  • Life shifts, plans change, and I hold space for that. If you need to cancel or adjust your appointment, simply let me know as soon as you can.

    There are no fees. Only mutual respect, kindness, and communication.

  • If you are running behind, send a quick message my way. I will always try to make things work, but to honor the flow of the day, your service may be shortened if needed.

    When an appointment goes untouched, it impacts my small business deeply. After one no-show without communication, future bookings may require prepayment to hold your appointment.

  • If you are feeling unwell, or experiencing active cold/flu symptoms, please contact me to reschedule your appointment.

    Your health, and the wellbeing of everyone in the space matter deeply.

  • Anything you share with me is held in confidence. Your information exists solely to support your rituals and treatment plan.

  • To honor your comfort and privacy, I will always ask permission before taking any photos or videos during your treatment. If you choose to allow content to be captured, it may be used across Fawn Ritual Collective’s social platforms, website, or marketing materials.

    Always with intention, respect, and your consent.

    You are never required to be photographed, and you may withdraw your consent at any time.

    Your experience comes first, always.

  • To care for your skin safely and intentionally, please share any sensitivities, medications, recent treatments/surgeries, or changes in your health. Some services may be adjusted or postponed if they conflict with active concerns.

    Always in the name of protecting your skin barrier and your well being.

  • Fawn Ritual Collective is a sanctuary for all skin, all bodies, and all beings.

    This space is grounded in compassion, gentle practice, and cruelty-free values.

    You are welcome exactly as you are.

  • Gift cards are final sale and may be used toward any treatment or product, unless otherwise stated. Please bring your gift card to your appointment so I can apply it with ease.

  • Payment is due at the end of your service. I accept credit, debit, FRC gift cards, or cash.

    There is a Square terminal at the front desk that payment will process through.

    • I do not accept AMEX
