Series|6 Recovery is a six-treatment post-operative lymphatic series created to support your body through the transition from surgery to recovery.
Blending my background in Paramedicine with advanced lymphatic training, this series brings together the clinical and holistic sides of recovery: with intentional touch, nervous-system regulation, and supportive lymphatic work at the root.
Your series begins with a Restore treatment the day before surgery, when appropriate and permitted by your surgical team.
Once you have been medically cleared by your surgical team to return to lymphatic treatment, a second Restore treatment provides a gentle reintroduction to gentle touch and supports your body as you begin to recover.
From there, four Recovery treatments are scheduled one week apart. These treatments are inspired by my Sculpting approach, but thoughtfully adapted and fully customized for a post-operative body and your individual stage of healing.
Every body recovers differently. Your treatment approach and timing will be adjusted according to your procedure, surgical instructions, healing progress, and individual needs.
